Program

GhostlyAuto sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who contact us or request a quote. Messages are about your quote, scheduling and appointment reminders, job updates, and a request for a review after service.

How you opt in

You opt in by texting or calling our business number first, by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, or by giving us your number in an Instagram or Facebook message and asking us to text you. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your quote or job. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (949) 541-8971 or contact@ghostlyauto.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
